Billing Support
Help with checkout, access, and invoices.
VibeAudit paid access is issued after payment is verified server-side. If checkout succeeds but access does not appear, support can use the Stripe Checkout Session and entitlement records to reconcile the purchase without asking for source code.
Access after checkout
The success page claims the completed Stripe Checkout Session and stores a signed entitlement token in the browser. If the browser was closed early, support can verify the checkout and help recover access.
Subscriptions
Monthly Watch billing uses recurring Stripe Prices. Cancellation, failed payment, dispute, and charge-reversal events are handled by signed webhooks and update the entitlement store.
Receipts and tax
Checkout displays billing terms before payment. Receipt and tax questions should include the checkout email, company name, and approximate purchase time.
No card handling
VibeAudit does not collect raw card numbers in its own forms. Checkout is hosted by the payment provider, and the app receives only verified payment and entitlement metadata.
