Refund Policy
All sales are final.
VibeAudit sells digital launch evidence and monitoring access through server-verified checkout. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law or when support confirms a duplicate, erroneous, or unauthorized charge.
Launch Pass
One-time Launch Pass purchases are final once checkout is completed. Paid artifacts, private findings, exports, and signed pass access are digital deliverables and do not include a satisfaction-based refund window.
Monthly Watch
Monthly Watch subscriptions can be cancelled for future billing, but paid billing periods are not refunded after renewal. Access may remain active until the paid period ends unless a charge reversal requires revocation.
Duplicate or erroneous charges
Duplicate charges, failed fulfillment, or suspected unauthorized charges should be reported with the checkout email and approximate purchase time. Stripe webhook records and entitlement state are used to verify the order.
Security boundary
Billing support does not require customers to send source code. Support only needs billing identifiers, checkout email, and enough context to locate the payment and entitlement.
